    1、 Committed to driving sales growth in the assigned region, implementing company sales strategies and action plans, and achieving sales and profitability targets as well as market coverage.
    2、Responsible for developing and managing sales channels within the assigned region, ensuring the completion of tasks and achievement of business targets.
    3、Visit clients, provide solutions, demonstrate equipment features, and conduct training. Monitor product usage and gain a deep understanding of clients' potential needs.
    4、Engage in business development and sales management, with the ability to independently conduct business negotiations, establish and maintain relationships.
    5、Oversee daily sales operations and align with business processes across relevant company departments, including delivery schedules, training, inventory, service, marketing, technical coordination, and product optimization.
    6、Responsible for building the market environment within the assigned region, including but not limited to sales and market information analysis, customer demand analysis, and feedback. Collaborate with the company in new product development and marketing activities, ensuring effective execution of the company's product strategies.
    7、Submit sales reports on time, providing updates on sales performance, management status, and expenses to relevant supervisors.
    8、Complete any temporary assignments related to the primary job responsibilities.

    Qualifications

    1、Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Automation, with at least 5 years of experience in sales or channel management.
    2、Experience with distributor channel operations and a solid understanding of sales cycles, opportunity management, and negotiation strategies.
    3、Strong customer management, communication, and negotiation skills.
    4、Good market insight and ability to identify and seize various sales opportunities.
    5、Diligent and conscientious, with a high level of responsibility, proactive attitude, strong adaptability, and ability to handle high-pressure work.
    6、Able to adapt to frequent travel.
    7、Good communication and coordination skills, along with a strong spirit of teamwork.

    1、Responsible for providing after-sales technical support and timely submission of service reports. This includes, but is not limited to, resolving issues encountered by customers using company products through online technical consultations or on-site support, handling various faults, and ensuring customers can achieve the maximum functionality and efficiency from the equipment.
    2、Responsible for providing technical training to distributor service teams and end customers to enhance their satisfaction with the company's products.
    3、Promptly provide feedback and communicate with the Quality, Assembly, and Design departments regarding issues encountered during service, so that relevant departments can make timely improvements and optimize equipment performance and quality.
    4、Maintain good communication with customers, record and promptly feedback their opinions, suggestions, and new requirements regarding the products.
    5、Complete any temporary assignments related to the primary job responsibilities.

    Qualifications

    1、Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields, with a full-time diploma or higher. 2、More than 3 years of relevant experience in the industrial equipment industry. 3、Strong adaptability and coordination skills, with the ability to handle urgent issues independently. 4、Possess good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork, with a good service orientation and sense of responsibility. 5、Able to adapt to frequent travel.

    1、Responsible for assembling equipment, with the ability to independently and accurately complete the assembly process.
    2、Able to read mechanical drawings; complete production assembly tasks on time and with high quality according to production processes and quality requirements.

    Qualifications

    1、Vocational school diploma or higher, with 1-3 years of work experience.
    2、Experience in machine repair or mechanical assembly is preferred.

    Qualifications

    1、Full-time bachelor's degree, with experience in industrial control software development preferred.
    2、Familiar with C# programming language and possesses a good coding style.
    3、Familiar with object-oriented principles and capable of independent module design.
    4、Possess rigorous programming habits, good team spirit, strong communication and learning abilities, and a proactive work attitude.
    5、Experience in industrial control software development is preferred.
