CAELUS C3LA is an automated CNC nesting and labelling line for custom furniture production, combining nesting, grooving, drilling, labelling and outfeed in one workflow. Automatic loading, six vacuum zones, a 13.2 kW HSK-F63 spindle and 16-position ATC support stable panel machining. TPA bus PC control, automatic tool setting and intelligent outfeed help reduce manual handling and simplify tool setup. Designed for custom panel production, C3LA supports efficient layout, clear labelling and organized handling.

Key Advantages
1. Better Sheet Utilization:
Arrange multiple component shapes within a programmed nest to make more effective use of each panel.
2. Custom Order Flexibility: Support programmed nesting for changing layouts and quantities in custom furniture orders.
3. Clear Part Identification: Keep processed components easier to recognize after cutting, reducing confusion during sorting.
4. Smoother Production Handover: Move labelled parts into the next handling stage with less manual counting and regrouping.
5. Improved Workflow Visibility: Make job progress easier to follow from panel preparation through machining, labelling and outfeed.

FAQ
Q1. How does automatic labelling help prevent part confusion?
A:
The labelling system marks processed parts before they reach the outfeed stage. Together with automatic loading and intelligent outfeed, this helps reduce manual identification and sorting work when many furniture components are processed.
Q2. How can I prevent panels from moving during CNC nesting?
A:
C3LA uses six automatic vacuum zones and dual high-flow dry vacuum pumps to support controlled panel holding. The automatic vacuum system should be matched with the panel size, thickness, surface condition and toolpath used in production.
Q3. Can C3LA work with my existing CAD or production software?
A:
The product page specifies TPA bus PC control and an intuitive HMI, but it does not list all supported file formats. Before purchase, confirm the required interface, postprocessor and data-transfer method with CAELUS using actual production files.
Q4. Why do CNC-cut parts sometimes have dimensional differences?
A:
Dimensional variation can be related to tool measurement, panel movement, machine structure, motion control or machining settings. C3LA includes automatic tool setting, a stress-relieved frame and precision motion components to support stable processing.
Q5. What panel sizes can the C3LA line handle?
A:
The published C3LA working range is 4200 mm in length and 2100 mm in width. The listed panel thickness is 10 to 25 mm, with panel unevenness of no more than 0.3 mm.
