Fast adhesive switching; sensor-based intelligent PUR glue tank control for precise glue output. Servo regulation enables accurate glue volume adjustment. PUR melting unit: optional, not standard.

Servo Top Melting EVA Gluing System 

Quick-change glue tank, pre-melting and automatic glue pellet feeding. High-precision sensor monitoring for automated pre-melting and glue supply. Large glue storage for long continuous runs and fewer manual refills. Servo control delivers accurate glue volume regulation.

 

12-Coil Servo-controlled Magazine

Pressure Rollers Unit 

Eccentric swing pressure wheels reduce impact on edges and workpieces. Independent drive motors optimise edge banding quality. Manually adjustable wheel positions ensure reliable bonding. Scrapers on pressure and adhesion wheels avoid glue adhesion and ease maintenance.
